A photographic study of British Brutalist architecture, developed through travels across the United Kingdom and forming the foundation for the later diploma project BLOCKS. The work focuses on post-war architectural structures, examining their monumental presence, geometric compositions, and the distinctive materiality of exposed concrete. Created using analogue small- and medium-format cameras, the black-and-white photographs were processed and printed by the artist in the darkroom. Through the interplay of perspective, light, and shadow, the images emphasize the sculptural qualities of the buildings, revealing the tension between abstraction and mass while documenting a significant architectural legacy.
